Paper delivery is offered at the downtown location: 832 E. 4th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Our mailing address is 700 E. 4th St Charlotte, NC 28202. Our hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
The service package should include an original process for each respondent/defendant and a copy to be returned to the clerk or of court. For out of state processes, include a self-addressed, stamped envelope for return of an out of state affidavit of service.
